I provide compassionate counseling to individuals, partners, families, and youth, matching my therapeutic interventions to your needs. I enjoy working with youth and adults experiencing anger, defiance, bullying, inattention, hyperactivity, impulsivity, mood swings, severe depression, panic attacks, and self-harm.  My specialty is working with Tween, Teens, and Twenty-ish to Thirty-Somethings improve connections to others by: 

  • Managing behavior issues in children
  • Eliminating self-harm & high risk behavior in tweens & teens
  • Launching & adulting for young professionals
  • Building healthy intimate partner relationships in young couples
  • Supporting parenting with a mental health diagnosis for caregivers
  • Healing from trauma, grief, and loss as a family
